Recommended Uses

• Interior Applications: Ideal for use on ceilings, walls, doors, trim, cabinets, and furniture. It can be used on a variety of surfaces, including drywall, plaster, wood, and metal.
• Exterior Spot Priming: Suitable for spot priming knots, sap streaks, rust stains, and properly prepared weathered siding and trim.
• Stain Blocking: Effectively blocks water, grease, rust, smoke, ink, and other stains. It is particularly effective at sealing in heavy fire and water stains, as well as odours from smoke and urine.

Restrictions and Limitations

• Not for Full Exterior Use: B-I-N is not recommended for full surface exterior applications or for use on floors, decks, or surfaces subject to immersion or prolonged contact with water.
• Spot Priming Only: Exterior use should be limited to spot priming to ensure optimal performance.
